- Be careful from mToken or any similar field appearing on Al Mubasher login screen, if it appears then your PC is hacked, don't use this machine and contact the bank. You must not insert your Username and Password on this screen.
- Look for actual phone numbers or physical addresses for the company on the site if you're unsure whether a website is genuine or reputable.
- Never download a file or click any link sent from an un-trusted source or an un known sender.
- Always keep your computer updated with the latest Antivirus software, firewall and browser security updates.
- Read the SMS alerts sent to you carefully and make sure they are being sent for the transactions performed by you.
- Our Internet Banking service does not use pop messages or forms to collect information or for data input.
